Luc gained his knowledge by working for 10 years as an ICU nurse/Ventilation Practitioner. From 2006 in different roles within Anesthesia and Ventilation (A&V) for big medical companies. He was responsible for direct sales and distributors in Europe to help them sell Anesthesia and Ventilation devices. Some distributors had their very first success in A&V. It’s important to provide the distributor with product knowledge but critical to provide practical knowledge how to ventilate with the different ventilation modes. This helps the distributor to stand and talk, in a self-confident way, in front of an Anesthetist or Intensivist. In this life saving business it’s all about trust and that’s something you need to earn!
