Since June 2017, Hans has been responsible for building the commercial organization, both directly and worldwide. During his 22 years in medical devices, he has overseen the successful launch of new clinical therapies such as the BIS monitor and Patient Cooling for post cardiac arrest and traumatic brain injuries. With a medical background in Anesthesia and Emergency medicine, Hans has managed and built direct teams and distributor networks towards growth and solid clinical acceptance. His extended network in Anesthesia and Intensive Care is supporting Ventinova’s goals of launching a new revolutionary ventilation mode and recognition as leader in dedicated airway management and patient ventilation.
